Our Process + Ethics

Manufacturing Practices

Tallie’s manufacturing process prioritises sustainability by utilising eco-friendly materials and implementing energy-efficient practices to minimise environmental impact.

Fibres + Fabrics

Here at Tallie we are proud to only utilise fabrics and materials made from natural fibres.

Our fabrics are hand crafted in Turkey with our exclusive designs and soft recyclable Turkish cotton, that are breathable, light, and comfortable against the skin- making them perfect beach towels, picnic blankets and addition to your home.

Sustainability

Cotton is utilised in a wide range of products, but its large-scale production has negative environmental consequences due to high water usage, pesticide use, and pollution from chemical fertilisers.

To address these issues, Tallie is committed to utilising 100% recycled Turkish cotton.

Recycled cotton is derived from existing cotton textiles, such as used clothing and linens, by collecting, sorting, shredding, and processing them to extract fibers for new products. This process offers environmental benefits like reduced water and energy consumption compared to traditional cotton production, as well as decreasing textile waste sent to landfills.

By choosing recycled cotton, Tallie is able to contribute to sustainability efforts and address the environmental challenges posed by conventional cotton production.
