3. Refund or Exchange:

- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items:

- Sale items are not eligible for return.

 

5. Shipping:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Tallie error.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
